Flag football teaches the fundamentals each child should have before they choose to play tackle. At Glory Days we understand that tackle football is a very physical sport, but studies show, if a child is taught the proper way to engage in contact, their chances of concussions decrease.

Getting fit is not a fad...it is a way of life. Our recreational events provide opportunities for families to participate, support, and encourage each other to develop physical fitness together.
